The study was conducted to investigate the relationship between job satisfactions, recognition of performance by the organization and seniors and intention to stay at work. The results of the study indicate strong correlation between these factors.

The study concludes a direct and buffering effects of recognition of performance and achievements on job satisfaction which contribute staff retention.
