The overall goal of the knowledge strategy of the Alliance is to generate and disseminate HRH knowledge to be used by a wide range of stakeholders, in particular policy makers and health professionals.
Priority areas include:
- identifying best practice examples
- supporting regional databases
- providing evidence to policy makers
- commissioning research to fill knowledge gaps
- convene task forces
- build capacity through on-line communities of practice
- facilitating access to HRH articles and resources
