The vision of the Alliance is that all people, everywhere will have access to a skilled, motivated and supported health worker, within a robust health system.
The mission of the Alliance is to advocate and catalyse global and country actions to resolve the HRH crisis, and to support the achievement of the health-related MDGs and health for all.
