Keynote address for the launch of the Merlin 'Hands up for health workers' campaign

This keynote address was delivered by the Executive Director of GHWA, Dr Mubashar Sheikh, on occasion of the launch of the "Hands up for health workers" campaign by the NGO Merlin.
Dr Sheikh highlighted the plight of countries with a health workforce crisis and outlined key elements of the Agenda for Global Action to tackle health workforce issues, emphasising the importance of partnerships.
