This report was written within the context of the PPE Campaign and aimed at examining the main problems faced by health care professionals in Morocco. In particular the report focuses on working environments, recruitment and staff retention. Positive practice environments are settings that ensure the health, safety and personal well-being of staff.
This report is an essential tool and resource to guide the participants of the positive practice environments workshop to respond to the needs and concerns of health care professionals and develop sustainable projects for the future. This report makes recommendations to inform and drive improvements within working environments in the future.
