This is a case study of Tanzania national health plan. The Tanzania Development Vision 2025 regards health for all as a priority.

The objective of this case study is to explore the size, composition and structure of the current health work force, and to produce estimates of future HR availability, estimate the quantity of human resources required to significantly scale up priority interventions in low income countries to reform health care system to achieve development goals.
