The study examined work attitudes using the relative impact of mentoring and organizational constraints on job satisfaction and organizational commitment among public sector workers in Nigeria.
This study was conducted with an objective to inform policy makers about how organizational constraints affect health workers attitude towards their work. What changes are needed to make positive changes in attitude in a government run health care facilities.
