Links to the health workforce crisis

There is a real need to improve the proficiency of the health workforce but because many hundreds of thousands need training, the traditional face-to-face methods cannot cope. Computer-aided learning allows individuals to learn at their own pace when time permits rather than needing to attend tutorials at inconvenient times and places. Learning and understanding can be monitored through online testing when the user has completed the program.
