The Positive Action Foundation Philippines Incorporated, better known as PAFPI, is an organization that is devoted into helping with the Person Living with HIV/AIDS (PLWHAs) and their families particularly those who are displaced from their employment due to HIV phenomenon. PAFPI was formed in 1998 by persons living with HIV and AIDS and uninfected persons with a view to empower persons with HIV and AIDS and their families to live a normal, happy and productive life in the mainstream of supported society. This PAFPI wants to achieve by continuing fight for HIV and AIDS prevention and control, and facilitating support responses to the needs of PLWHAs and their families, through the provision of appropriate care, support and treatment services. PAFPI believes In the greater involvement of positive people in the national responses to HIV and AIDS, a belief it actively pursues both in the organization itself and its national advocacy programs on HIV and AIDS, access to care, support and treatment, education in work places.
Main activities
The Positive Action Foundation Philippine main objective is to provide care services to people living with HIV and AIDS particularly those people displaced from their employment due to HIV and AIDS. Advocacy, education and in partnership with government agencies that PAFPI provide the Pre-Departure Orientation Seminar (PDOS) on Basic HIV and AIDS education to Filipino Migrant Workers before departure for their country of destination.

Positive Action Foundation Philippines has been working since 1998 working for the national and local level to lead the advocacy on access to ARV generic treatment, HIV and AIDS education both in private and public workplaces. PAFPI also conduct education to health professionals and community on ARV treatment literacy and information.
