The Philippine Nurses’ Association – Cebu Chapter (PNA - Cebu Chapter) is headquartered in Cebu City, Philippines… It is a non-government organization representing nurses in the Queen City of the South, Cebu City, Philippines. PNA Cebu Chapter is the Hall of Fame holder as Most Outstanding Chapter in the country. The chapter is duly operated by registered nurses for fellow nurses. PNA Cebu Chapter works to ensure quality and holistic nursing care for all, fair health policies, the advancement of nursing knowledge through trainings and seminars and an ethical competent nursing workforce.

Main activities

PNA Cebu Chapter has formed different key program committees as vital to the betterment of nursing and health. Throughout the year the different committees will plan and implement various activities that will cater the need of registered nurses not just locally but nationally. Of course it is still spearheaded with latest updates in terms of seminars and trainings for new nurses as well as nurses who need updates especially nurses who are not working on their field of profession. The organization will work with different nursing institutions and the umbrella organizations to promote a well diversified mechanism of action.

PNA Cebu Chapter provides networking, and learning-enabling knowledge, skills and attitude promoting betterment and updates on nursing and health issues. The programs and projects develop and coordinate action aimed at strengthening the nursing associations. PNA Cebu Chapter has been involved working hand in hand with government and private institutions and organizations to strengthen the importance of well-built linkages with local, regional, national and international nursing and non-nursing organizations. Building affirmative affairs around the city to help nurses and nursing of the present and of the future generation. PNA Cebu Chapter is the important starting place of information and guidelines among local nurses where innovative seminars and trainings are its main goal.
