World Lung Foundation
World Lung Foundation’s (WLF) mission is to improve the lives of individuals across the world by strengthening community capacity to prevent and manage lung disease. Established in 2004, WLF's work centers on the epidemic of lung disease that kills 10 million people worldwide each year, primarily in low-and middle-income countries.
WLF's efforts are focused in low- and middle-income countries where lung diseases take their greatest toll. We provide assistance to governments and non-government organizations (NGOs) as they establish their own knowledge, experience and infrastructure to deliver high-quality public health services.
