Abeer Al Rabayah

Dr. Abeer Al Rabayah is the head of the Center for Drug Policy and Technology Assessment (CDPTA) at the King Hussein Cancer Center (KHCC) in Amman-Jordan. In addition to her role at KHCC, Dr. Abeer holds a research associate position at the University of Health Sciences and Technology in Hall, Austria. She is the founder and director of the HTA fellowship program at KHCC and a member of national and international HTA committees. Currently, she is the chair-elect of the ISPOR HTA round table for the Middle East and Africa (2024-2026). She has many publications in different HTA research areas, such as decision analytical modeling, HTA processes, health-related quality of life, and outcome valuation studies. Dr. Abeer holds a BSc in pharmacy, an MBA, and MSc in International Health Technology Assessment from the University of Sheffield. Also, she is a certified project manager.
