Prof Aiping Lyu

Prof Aiping Lyu is a renowned scientist in systems health and translational research in Chinese medicine. He is currently Vice‑President (Research and Development) and Dr. Kennedy Y. H. Wong Endowed Professor in Chinese Medicine at Hong Kong Baptist University (HKBU). In recognition of his sustained academic excellence in systems medicine, he was elected a Foreign Member of the Academia Europaea in 2022. His research focuses on innovative and translational integrative medicine, including drug development from Chinese medicines, clinical research on rheumatoid arthritis, and the standardization and strategic development of Chinese medicine.
