Marina Almedia-Silva

Marina, Ph.D. in Environmental Sciences by TUDelft, Delft, The Netherlands, is currently Associate Professor in Lisbon School of Health Technology (ESTeSL), Lisbon, Portugal and researcher in two Portuguese Research Centers: Health and Technology and Research Center (H&TRC) and Center for Nuclear Sciences and Technologies (C2TN). Since 2010, Almeida‐Silva has participated in 10 national and international research projects in diverse topics, such as aerosol characterization, air quality assessment, human exposure to air pollutants, air quality monitoring, sustainable mobility, low carbon economy, neutron activation analysis, nuclear techniques, among others. Moreover, all these collaborations potentiated the possibility to participate in European networks and platforms, such as FAIRMODE and the Cost Actions COLOSSAL and SHELDON. M. Almeida‐Silva published 2 book chapters and 32 scientific articles (WoS), 11 as first author. She also published 5 scientific articles (no‐WoS), 31 publications in international proceedings books with ISBN, more than 50 communication in national and international conferences. Almeida‐Silva has a h‐index 15.
