With a BA in Finance and International Relations, MA in International Cooperation and 20 years of experience, she has proven research skills and extensive experience in forced and/or mixed migration in Latin America and the Caribbean. Strong background in fundraising, international cooperation projects, and working with governments on social policies related to migration, health, labor, and employment, with a focus on gender and youth perspectives. Consultant for various international organizations, including the World Bank, Organization of American States (OAS), Pan-American Health Organization (PAHO), and International Labor Organization (ILO) since 2007. Peer reviewer for the Repository of Practices of the Migration Network Hub and a member of the Technical Advisory Group for the WHO training course on building the capacity of healthcare workers providing care to refugees and migrants.
