Ms. Maya Chavez is a Registered Nurse with expertise in the Operating theatre and as an Infection Prevention and Control Manager. She is currently the Infection Prevention and Control Advisor and Referent for Médecins Sans Frontières, Operational Center of Barcelona. She has had extensive field experience in several humanitarian settings and worked in Monrovia, Liberia with MSF during the Ebola outbreak in 2014-2015.
