Dr Dario Trapani

Dario Trapani, MD, is a medical oncologist from Milan, Italy. He is a practicing physician, and is trained in the management of patients with solid tumors, with expertise in breast cancer and new therapeutic development, at the European Institute of Oncology. Dr Trapani has been a consultant of the World Health Organization, for the cancer management team, and has supported the development of global tools of public health relevance. Inter alia, he has worked on the definition of mechanisms and methodologies for the priority-setting of health interventions for cancer management, including essential cancer medicines, diagnostics and health technologies, and contributed in country support related actions, for low- and middle- and other resource-constrained settings. Dr Trapani is an enthusiasm health provider who strongly values the team working and global cooperation to achieve substantial population health benefits through a public health approach, to align global efforts on the way of health for all.
