Dr Garcia, MD, MPH, is a paediatrician with 15 years of international clinical and research experience in humanitarian and resource-limited settings (25 countries). Formerly he was the senior paediatric and vaccination advisor for Médecins Sans Frontiers' (MSF) for 10 years. Founder of EveryWhereSchools : NGO dedicated exclusively to education in emergencies, active since 2015.
