Ms Gwen Eamer is the IFRC’s lead for public health in emergencies, with extensive experience in Ebola epidemic response. She is the technical lead for Safe and Dignified Burials, and supports on IPC, surveillance, and other pillars of outbreak response. Gwen holds an M.Sc. in global health, with a focus on health in emergencies.
