Dr Emily Briskin

Dr Emily Briskin is an experienced epidemiologist specializing in global health and disease control in low-resource and humanitarian settings. She has led and supported high-impact projects across Africa, Latin America, and South Asia, focusing on infectious diseases such as cholera, Ebola and COVID-19. With a Master's in public health from Yale University, Dr Briskin has worked with leading organizations like Médecins Sans Frontières and Epicentre, driving research and operational interventions to improve health outcomes for underserved populations. Her expertise spans field project management, epidemiological study design, and data analysis, with extensive experience working in French and English. Dr Briskin is committed to advancing evidence-based strategies to combat vector-borne diseases globally.

Dr Briskin is a member of the Vector Control Advisory Group since 2024.
