Fidan Talishinskaya
Biography
Fidan Talishinskaya is a public health specialist working for WHO Headquarters. She contributes to the development of global WHO guidance on integrated care and supports implementation of initiatives that strengthen health service delivery, working with governments and global partners to translate evidence into policy and practice. As part of her doctoral research, she is investigating the implementation science of scaling WHO’s BEC course at 1000 facilities in Africa.
Prior to her current role, she worked at the WHO country office, leading technical initiatives across emergency care, rehabilitation, and health policy, supporting national health system reforms during periods of significant transition, including the introduction of mandatory health insurance and the COVID-19 pandemic.
