Dr Imen Jaouadi

Dr Imen Jaouadi is an assistant professor at the High Business School of Tunis (ESCT - University of La Manouba), holding a Ph.D. in health economics. She previously served as WHO staff at the WHO Tunisia Country Office. Her teaching and research focus on health systems and policies, health financing, governance, and universal health coverage, with a regional focus on the MENA region and Francophone Africa. She has collaborated extensively with the World Health Organization, PATH, and IOM, co-authoring WHO technical reports on strategic purchasing and UHC governance in Tunisia. She played an active role in Tunisia's policy dialogue and contributed to the white paper, technical reports and the National Health Policy 2030.
