Biography
Indi Trehan is a paediatrician with subspecialty training in emergency medicine, infectious diseases, and tropical medicine. He currently serves as an Associate Professor of Paediatric Emergency Medicine, Associate Professor of Paediatric Infectious Diseases, Adjunct Associate Professor of Global Health, and Adjunct Associate Professor of Epidemiology at the University of Washington. His work in childhood malnutrition has extended over more than 15 years, including research, education, advocacy, guideline development, implementation, and collaboration with WHO, UNICEF, as well as several NGO’s and governments in Africa, Asia, and Oceania.
