Biography

Associate Professor Jeanine Condo is a medical doctor and public health expert with a PhD in Public Health. She is the CEO and Founder of CIIC-HIN, AKIISA, and PACT Solutions, three interconnected organizations advancing evidence-based health systems strengthening, digital health, and clinical research across Africa. She also serves as Associate Professor of Public Health at the University of Rwanda and Adjunct Associate Professor at Tulane University (USA). She has held senior leadership positions, including Principal of the College of Medicine and Health Sciences and Dean of the School of Public Health at the University of Rwanda, and Director General of the Rwanda Biomedical Center. Professor Condo has served on regional and global advisory bodies, including WHO, GAVI, the Global Fund, and the African Academy of Sciences. She has led multi-country research programs, published over 70 peer-reviewed articles, and focused on translating research into policy and practice to improve health outcomes in Africa.
