Dr Jianping Liu

Dr Jianping Liu is a professor of clinical epidemiology and the Director of the Centre for Evidence-Based Chinese Medicine at Beijing University of Chinese Medicine. He is a Chang Jiang Scholar Professor (awarded by the Ministry of Education, China). He is the past president of the International Society for Complementary Medicine Research (ISCMR). He is an advisor of the Cochrane Complementary Medicine, co-chair of Cochrane China Network, and Past Chair of Evidence-based Medicine Committee under Chinese Association of Integrative Medicine. Dr Liu was awarded more than 30 grants from international and national bodies for research in TCM and integrative medicine. He has authored 14 books, co-authored 8, and published 810 papers in both international and Chinese peer review journals.
