Judy Walker

Judy Walker helped introduce After Action Review (AAR) from the British military into University College London Hospital NHS Foundation Trust in 2009 and has since conducted large numbers of AARs and trained over 2000 people to use the approach successfully in response to patient safety incidents. She advises the NHS on AAR and publishes on the topic regularly. After 35 years employment in the NHS, mostly working clinically in paediatrics, Judy is now director of her own business providing consultancy, training and expertise in After Action Review to the NHS, private health-care providers, businesses and charity clients.
