Juliati Dahlan
Biography
Ms. Juliati is a Senior functional staff for Drug Standards and Registration at The Indonesian FDA (Badan POM).
She was graduated her bachelor degree in Pharmacy from University of Indonesia in 2020 and obtained her professional degree as a pharmacist in 2001. She obtained her master degree in Biomedical Science, specialist in Pharmacology, from Medical Faculty of University of Indonesia in 2012.
She has been working with Badan POM since 2001 until now. She has experiences as evaluator for medicines for 9 years and as evaluator for biological products and vaccines for 16 years. She had been Coordinator for New Drug and Biological Product Registration from 2018 until 2023.
She has experiences in many regional and international activities, such as WHO, ASEAN, APEC and SEARO.
Currently she is a member of WHO ECBS Committee from 2023 until now and a member of WHO steering committee for Vaccine Solidarity Trials from 2020 until now.
In the development of guideline and standards, she has experiences to lead the development of technical guidance in ASEAN Consultative Committee on Standard and Quality Pharmaceutical Product Working Group (ACCSQ-PPWG). She also has experiences in WHO Standards Developments as a drafting member of Guidelines on Procedures and Data Requirements for Changes to Approved Biotherapeutic Products, and also actively participated in some of consultations in the developments of WHO vaccines and biologicals guidelines and standards.
In the training activities, she has experiences as a trainer/facilitator in WHO Global Learning Opportunity (GLO) for Clinical Data Evaluation of Vaccines, WHO Training on Evaluation of Vaccines in Thailand, WHO EMRO Training for Clinical Data Evaluation of Vaccines in Jordan, and USAIDS Medicines Technologies and Pharmaceutical Services (MTaPs) Training Program on Vaccine’s Evaluation.
She also has many experiences involved in the WHO Regulatory System Strengthening, such as a drafting member of the WHO Global Benchmarking Tool 2015 - 2016, a drafting member of the WHO Tool for Benchmarking Ethics Oversight of Health-related Research involving Human Participants, an assessor in WHO Benchmarking/NRA Joint Assessment Activities since 2009 until now, and WLA Performance Indicator Assessor.
