Kathryn Chu

Kathryn is the director of the Centre of Global Surgery at Stellenbosch University. She is a general and colorectal surgeon, who received her undergraduate degree from Stanford University and completed her medical degree and general surgery residency at the University of California- San Francisco. Her research focuses on evidence-based solutions to improving high-quality and timely surgical access in resource-limited settings.
