Kathryn O'Neill

Kathy has over twenty years’ experience working in international public health with a focus on health systems performance, monitoring and evaluation and health information systems. Extensive experience in the development, promotion and implementation of global standards and tools for improving the availability, quality, analysis and use of health data for decision-making and accountability. Broad experience working with national governments and partners in low- and middle- income countries to strengthen monitoring and evaluation of national health sector strategies and conducting health sector progress and performance reviews. Proven track record in leading and facilitating partnerships and in leading and motivating teams to deliver quality results. Strong skills in strategic planning, programme performance monitoring, communications and resource mobilization.
