Lubna Samad

Lubna is a pediatric surgeon based in Karachi, Pakistan, committed to improving patient outcomes with a specific focus on LMICs. She is the director of Global Surgery Programs at IRD Global. Lubna led the development of Pakistan’s national surgical plan and conducted the country’s first national surgical indicators survey.
