SK Masum Billah
Biography
Sk Masum Billah is an associate scientist at icddr,b, one of the most eminent international health research institutes in Asia. He has 16 years of experience in conducting randomised controlled trials, implementation research, and program evaluations embedded into health systems and community settings in low-income countries. His current research interest is improving the coverage and quality of maternal and child health and nutrition interventions. He has collaborated with government agencies, several international development partners, educational institutions, research organizations, and NGOs. Masum is trained in public health and has expertise in epidemiology, study designs, quantitative research methods, and analysis techniques. He teaches several public health courses at the University of Sydney, Australia and BRAC University, Bangladesh. He has authored 50+ articles in high-impact peer-reviewed journals.
