Dr Orsini is a professional of the National (HRIPC) Program at the Ministry of Health of Chile since 2014, previously coordinator of the HRIPC Program at a Public Health Service (2012-2013). Since 2020 coordinator of the National (HRIPC) Program. He has experience in elaboration of national regulations related to HRIPC, evidence review, IPC Programs external evaluation and policy evaluation.
