Ms Natiela Beatriz de Oliveira
Biography
Ms Natiela Beatriz de Oliveira is a Biologist who graduated from the University of Brasília, Brazil, with an MSc in Animal Biology at the University of Brasília, Brazil. She has experience in developing environmental health governance, policies, action plans, and guidelines in the Ministry of Health, related to Environmental Health and Zoonosis sectors, such as One Health agenda; the WHO Intergovernmental Negotiating Body to draft the international instrument on pandemic prevention, preparedness and response; chemicals and pesticides and health surveillance; human biomonitoring program for chemical substances; SAICM agenda; Basel, Rotterdam, and Stockholm Conventions; WHO's Global Chemical Health Network; WHO Chemicals Roadmap; Climate Change and Biodiversity Conventions; and others agendas.
She is currently a technical consultant in the One Health Technical Group of the General Coordination of Surveillance of Zoonosis and Vector-borne Diseases, Department of Communicable Diseases, Health and Environment Surveillance Secretariat, Ministry of Health, Brazil, where she is one of the responsible technicians for coordinating the elaboration of the National Action Plan for One Health in Brazil.
