Dr Naveen Rai Tuli
Biography
Dr. Tuli is a Public Health Specialist, working in South Delhi Municipal Corporation in India and has been programme manager for vector borne disease from a Municipal Zone to entire Delhi for almost 20 years. He graduated from Armed Forces Medical College and acquired his Masters in Community health Administration from National Institute of Health & Family Welfare, New Delhi.
He was trained on “Management of Dengue” at Queen Sirkit National Children Hospital and at 3rd Asia Pacific Workshop on Dengue at Singapore both organised by WHO. Represented New Delhi at Conference on Countermeasures to Combat Infectious Diseases in Asia at Seoul. Appointed as Temporary Advisor in Technical Consultation on the spread of Anopheles stephensi at WHO, Geneva and provided Training on Dengue surveillance and outbreak at Mayanmar organised by WHO SEARO.
He was appointed as a member of Regional Technical Advisory Group on Dengue SEARO) and his key areas of interest are surveillance, capacity building, involvement of stakeholders and community participation.
