Prof Soonman Kwon

Soonman Kwon is a professor (and former Dean) at the School of Public Health, Seoul National University. He is the Founding Director of the WHO Collaborating Centre for Health System and Financing. He was the President of the Korea Health Industry Development Institute (KHIDI), MoHW and was the Chief of the Health Sector Group at the ADB.

He has served as the President of key academic societies of Korea, including the Health Economic Association, the Society of Health Policy and Management, the Association of Schools of Public Health, and the Society of Gerontology.
