Roger Kamugasha

Paul is an Investigative Journalist and health communication specialist with a decade of experience in health policy advocacy and public relations. Over the last 13 years he has worked in different capacities in the non-profit sector as a front line global health advocate for Civil Society and served on several International professional  Bodies and Boards.

He is a member of the WHO Global Civil Society Task Force on TB, member of WHO Global Media  and Digital Editor in Chief at The Health Times Africa Limited. . Paul is a health fellow and International Correspondent and health writer at CNS. He is a Member of the Advisory Committee for the Sub Saharan Africa Adolescent and Childhood TB Centre of Excellence..

He is a community representative at TB Alliance Stakeholders Association and  a civil society representative to the WHO ACT- A Diagnostics Pillar. He is founder and Chief Moderator at the Afrogate Platform an online deliberative dialogue platform focusing on shaping global policy.  He is CEO of The Health Times Global. Under the HTI (Health Times International) Media Group. He lives in Uganda with her three daughters
