Steve Morgan

Dr. Steven G. Morgan is an economist and professor of health policy at the University of British Columbia. His research focuses on policies to promote universal access to appropriately-prescribed, affordably-priced, and equitably-financed medicines in Canada and around the world. Dr. Morgan has published over 200 research papers and has received numerous awards for scholarship and policy impact. He is a trusted adviser to governments across Canada and internationally.
