Ms Tazeen Saeed Bukhari

Ms Tazeen Saeed Bukhari is a biomedical engineer based in Pakistan. She obtained her Master of Engineering from Imperial College London and completed an exchange program at the Swiss Federal Institute of Technology (ETH) in Zürich for a full academic year. 

She has more than ten years of experience working on regulation, procurement, management, and maintenance of medical devices in Pakistan with governmental agencies and international NGOs.

Her most notable achievements include the establishment of the Pakistan Biomedical Equipment Resource Center and the development of a baseline survey on oxygen systems and other essential biomedical equipment carried out in close collaboration with WHO during the COVID-19 pandemic, which resulted in the production of a comprehensive roadmap to improve the accessibility and appropriate use of medical devices in Pakistan.
