Todd Lazaro

Biography

Todd Lazaro is a health specialist at the World Bank, providing critical design leadership to strengthen coherence and functionality across the health security architecture. This work currently spans simulation exercises, action reviews and emergency-ready primary health care. Previously, he worked with Resolve to Save Lives and partners to develop 7-1-7 and the Early Action Review approach, with the Philippine Red Cross to support disaster and avian influenza response, and with WHO to build novel digital and immersive (AR/VR) solutions. He holds a master's degree in global health from Georgetown University and is an accredited professional in project management and Agile (Project Management Institute, PMI), design leadership (American Institute of Graphic Arts, AIGA), and artificial intelligence governance (International Association of Privacy Professionals, IAPP).
