Xiaodong Guan

Dr. Xiaodong Guan is a Professor and the Dean of the Department of Pharmacy Administration and Clinical Pharmacy, School of Pharmaceutic Sciences, Peking University. He completed his undergraduate and post-graduate degrees in Pharmacy Administration at Peking University, and he was a fellow in Health Policy and Insurance Research at Harvard Medical School. Dr. Guan’s research focuses on examining the global drug approval and reimbursement regulation, and evaluating the impact of state policies on the equity access and rational use of drug. He serves as adviser to the Chinese governments and supported major drug policy development processes.
