Cooperation across sectors is crucial to effectively address air pollution. WHO has the convening power to ensure key stakeholders not only from different sectors (environment, energy, finance) but also various angles (local and national governments, civil society, academia etc) can share and benefit from their respective expertise, experience, and resources.
