Rationale:
The WHO Health and Climate Change Global Survey is conducted every three years. The aim of the survey is to track progress on national health sector response to climate change. All 194 WHO Member States are invited to participate in the voluntary online survey. The 2021 Global Survey was rolled-out in March 2021 and final submissions were requested by August 2021. The survey questionnaire was translated and available online in all six official UN languages. The global survey is completed by ministries of health in consultation with other health stakeholders, ministries and institutions. Ninety-five Member States participated in the 2021 WHO Health and Climate Change Global Survey.
