Rationale:
The share of revenues from domestic general government sources spent on health as percentage of current health expenditure indicates how much is funded domestically by the government. Domestic general government sources include government internal transfers and grants, government transfers and subsidies to voluntary schemes, as well as social health insurance contributions. This indicator describes the role of the general government domestic sources in funding healthcare relative to domestic private and external sources.
