Definition:
Indoor public place means any indoor place accessible to the public, including places accessible by appointment or permission. "Other indoor public places" may include cinemas, theatres, shopping malls, airports, spaces expected to be used by employees or patrons of public transport during the normal course of work or patronage (such as waiting shelters) and all enclosed public places not elsewhere mentioned. Note that a "complete smoking ban" is defined such that smoking is not allowed at any time in any indoor area under any circumstance, including private functions and separate smoking rooms.
