Rationale:
 Outcome indicator to measure commitment and capacity of TB services to ensure that HIV-positive TB patients are able to access ART
Definition:
 Number of HIV-positive TB patients who are started on or continue previously initiated ART during their TB treatment, expressed as a percentage of all HIV-positive TB patients registered over the reporting period.
Method of estimation:
 Numerator: All HIV-positive TB patients, registered over the reporting period, who receive ART (are started on or continue previously initiated ART). Denominator: Total number of HIV-positive TB patients registered during the reporting period.
