WHO EpiBrief: a report on the epidemiology of selected vaccine-preventable diseases in the European Region: No. 2/2025

Overview

This issue of WHO EpiBrief provides an overview of selected epidemiological characteristics of measles and rubella in the WHO European Region based on monthly submissions of surveillance data to the WHO Regional Office for Europe for the first half of 2025. It also presents data on diphtheria and pertussis based on the annual WHO/United Nations Children’s Fund (UNICEF) Joint Reporting Form on Immunization (JRF) for 2024 – the latest year for which data was requested.
