This issue of WHO EpiBrief provides an overview of selected epidemiological characteristics of measles and rubella in the WHO European Region based on monthly surveillance data for 2019. It also presents surveillance data on diphtheria for 2009–2018 with a focus on 2018, rotavirus for 2018 and paediatric diarrhoea for 2017–2018.
