Policy actions subgroup

Since its inception in 2018, the NUGAG Subgroup on Policy Actions has been focused on the development of guidelines on policy actions which have an impact on the food environment. Guidelines are currently being prepared on school food and nutrition policies, fiscal policies (including taxation and subsidies), nutrition labelling policies, and policies to protect children from the harmful impact of food marketing.
