The expertise and collaboration among Alliance members are fundamental to achieving the mission of guiding and supporting Member States in prioritizing, planning, implementing, monitoring, and evaluating actions to reduce the burden of foodborne diseases by continuously strengthening food safety and promoting global cooperation in accordance with the WHO Global Strategy for Food Safety (2022-2030), the International Health Regulations (2005), and taking the One Health approach.
