The WHO Academy Quality Committee is requesting consultation and review of its recently approved Quality Management Framework, which defines the quality environment for the Academy’s products, services and processes.
The Quality Management Framework reflects research, best practices and key findings from reviewing ISO Quality Management Standards 9001 and 21001 and peer-reviewed journal articles, as well as examining research and policy directions from United Nations agencies, global health provider standards and innovations, as well as accreditation and regulation practice globally. It includes standards and key performance indicators that set the expectations for the WHO Academy and provide a point of reference for quality planning, continuous improvement, control and quality assurance in determining the benchmarks for success.
The Quality Committee prepared this survey to assist you in your consultation and review of the Quality Management Framework. It will take approximately 15 minutes to complete. The deadline is Friday, 1 July 2021.
